This service is used when clients require skills to supplement various workloads by having an employee work on SEMAIS payroll for a probationary period before a direct hire. This option provides a business and the employee with an understanding of each other; and option to determine whether the employee skill sets matches the position requirements before hiring the employee. SEMAIS will serve as the employer for the employee and provide payroll taxes, Worker’s Compensation and unemployment insurance costs.
This service is used when businesses require certain skill support from a regular part time or full-time position that is sourced from SEMAIS. We search for the qualified talent that matches the clients’ requirements and present the individual for an interview with the client. There is no contractual or financial agreement unless the hiring company decides to hire SEMAIS candidate.
