Temporary

 

This service is used when you have a temporary staffing need caused by a vacancy or when you need additional help. Temporary work or temporary employment refers to an employment situation where the working arrangement is limited to a certain period of time based on the needs of the employing organization. Temporary employees are sometimes called "contractual", "seasonal", "interim", "casual staff", "outsourcing", "freelance"; or the word may be shortened to "temps". In some instances, temporary, highly skilled professionals (i.e., Cyber Security, Accountants, or Engineers) refer to themselves as consultants.

 

Temporary-to-Hire:

 

This service is used when clients require skills to supplement various workloads by having an employee work on SEMAIS payroll for a probationary period before a direct hire. This option provides a business and the employee with an understanding of each other; and option to determine whether the employee skill sets matches the position requirements before hiring the employee.  SEMAIS will serve as the employer for the employee and provide payroll taxes, Worker’s Compensation and unemployment insurance costs.

 

 

Direct Hire:

 

This service is used when businesses require certain skill support from a regular part time or full-time position that is sourced from SEMAIS. We search for the qualified talent that matches the clients’ requirements and present the individual for an interview with the client.  There is no contractual or financial agreement unless the hiring company decides to hire SEMAIS candidate.
